Constant Disconnect

Game started DCing more often than before from nowhere. First I randomly dc'd, then got "you have performed too many actions too fast", I restart computer and try to login - can't - so I wait abit, finally able to login > try to go to hideout > "can't join instance" and this was going on for an hour so I just gave up trying to play. Hopefully It's just some random problem with my internet today and will work tomorrow since it seems there is no solution seeing as GGG probably don't know themselves what's wrong with the servers.
