I havent tried it yet. But i doubt i can because the etisalat card with the password is not woth me. As i am just a tenant on this flat. But i was using this ping zapper and poe worked perfectly fine. I think vpn would solve the issues we have here in uae

Guy from Egypt here.
I'm also facing a similar issue. I'm able to login and I can move around in town, but I cannot interact with NPC's, Environment, etc. If I'm in an instance (say Lower/Upper Prison in Act 1), whether I teleport via waypoint or portal scroll, enemies don't seem to spawn and about 15-30 seconds later, I get thrown back to the login screen, with the bottom left displaying a message saying something along the lines of "unexpected disconnect occured" This is happening pretty frequently, about every 2-3 teleports. Doesn't seem to make a difference if I clear the instance and spawn a new one, it still happened and I get DC'd Any ideas on how to resolve this, or will we have to wait till a patch is released? |

This started right when essence league was about to end and breach league about to start. Not sure if it is the patch but something changed in between. Works fine when using pingzapper and I just subscribed to a 90 day account. Can't wait for resolution from both parties as surely this will drag on.

In Tech Support, if anyone wants *real* help by other community members who regularly help here, please start your own thread if you haven't done so already. Everyone's connectivity issue might be due to different factors. Yes, sometimes an entire gateway has issue and everyone connecting to it experiences that, but it's rarely ever an ongoing problem. Ongoing problems are typically due to ISPs or individual clients. was this fixed?.. I'm currently using pingzapper and my 30 days is about to ran out..
