In going through the "PoE Uniques" spreadsheet (with the grouping tabs), I found the following...
Missing items:
"Gold Amulet, Demigod's Presence, Closed Beta Races"
"Golden Bracers, Demigod's Touch, Race Season 5|Race Season 6"
"Golden Flame, Demigod's Beacon, Emberwake Race Season|Bloodgrip Race Season|Soulthirst Race Season"
"Golden Caligae, Demigod's Stride, Race Season 3|Race Season 4"

Incorrectly Listed:
"Golden Wreath, Demigod's Triumph, Race Season 1|Race Season 2" is a helm. You have it listed with Belts.

I am going though and adding the 3.3.X unique items to the main posts, and my spreadsheets. As far as I can tell my comments above are the only issues I noticed with the content of your spreadsheet.

All 3.3.X Unique items are now in the thread!! I even found full Flasks.

Can roll several different Charge related affixes, I've seen so far:
8% increased Evasion Rating per Frenzy Charge
1% increased Movement Speed per Frenzy Charge
5% increased Damage per Power Charge
10% chance to gain an Endurance Charge on kill
15% chance that if you would gain Power Charges, you instead gain up to your maximum number of Power Charges.
I guess, there are quite a few more.

10% increased Accuracy Rating per Frenzy Charge
5% increased Damage per Endurance Charge
1 to 19 Lightning Damage per Power Charge
27% increased Endurance Charge Duration

Edit 2:
Since there are also "Movement Speed per Power Charge" Mods, I'd make the educated guess, that all of those mods exist for all Charge types.
