Everyone who doesnt give a shit about fake "exalt cant be worth more than 130c!" ratio and needs exalts now.
Price 190/1 is not price for “ordinary player”. It is a price for bots, who are able to farm thousands chaos orbs per day and are able to pay any amount of chaos for exalted orbs gained by “ordinary players”. As “ordinary player” you must have some tactic, which should also predict bot existence. Personally never buy exalts at price higher then 130/1 because it is… inefficient. Besides, I always keep an “iron reserve”, like 4-5 exalts, for moment, when “1 exalt is needed”.
Otherwise, I earn in chaos, then buy for them something, what is easily convertible to exalts. Like divination cards which can be exchanged for exalt worth item or crappy base helmet with desirable enchant, which I can improve by simple chaos spamming…. Anything else listed in chaos. Base quiver. Yesterday I bought quiver base for 34 c. spend 150 chaos for chaos spamming, sold for 3 ex. Overall investment – 184 chaos, overall income – 3 exalts. But no problem. If you like to farm 190 chaos orbs from chaos recipe or penny transactions and then buy exalt orb for that, feel free to continue this masochism.
i think i got dumber reading this post. I have bought exalts for 150-180c and I have a zerphis neck, head hunter, un-natural instinct. Clearly inefficient. Tell me more how you getting lucky on chaos spamming means your way is better LMAO

i think i got dumber reading this post. I have bought exalts for 150-180c and I have a zerphis neck, head hunter, un-natural instinct. Clearly inefficient. Tell me more how you getting lucky on chaos spamming means your way is better LMAO
Indeed, if you waste your chaos to buy exalts on price for bots, then you are dumb enough. I prefer to spend more time on the game, but if you like to farm dozens of chaos and then waste them like that, feel free to do it :)

That's the trick. From the moment when their price exceeds 130c I always have "iron reserve", at least 4 exalts. Until then, I already have all most expensive gear (above 10 ex) for my planned builds, so there is no need to spend more then 1, 2 or 3 exalts in one transaction. But! Let's theorize a bit. Let's assume some very kind player SunL4D2 listed... oh, spike point quiver with +1 arrow, 50% increased ele dmg, +99 to life +40 cold resistance, +13 attack speed and +35 crit multi for... well... 6 exalts and I need only 1 to buy it. Then I can always whisp to some friends, to borrow me exalt or even 2. Let's theorize further and assume, noone of my friends are online. In such case I would rather sell for exalt something that I never use and which is another iron reserve. Red sextants for instance. Even now have about 40 of them. To conclude, when the exalt price began to exceed 130c (I hink in Incursion or Bestiary for the first time), nothing forced me to buy them on price >130c. That's all.

As we can see, reading comprehension is also not your strong point. First thing, as I wrote many times, I use chaos orbs to craft/get something I can sell for exalts. And when it comes to HH... well... it is nice trinket indeed. Have one or two in standard. But in current league and for my main character its presence or absence makes no difference - I don't need it, as well as this expensive amulet. Unnatural Instinct, that's another story, but I obtained it when it was like 5 ex and ex was like 80c? I'm happy you have so hardly earned HH, the more so because in the case of your build it is actually a big boost. Soo... good luck in farming, seems like exalt price rises again.
