Hey, Why immortal call at this bulid doesn't work?
Can you explain Immortal Call, How are we generating Endurance charges?
Hi, it's an excellent build i listed it as one of the options for starter next league.

If i might suggest something, i would add in The Perfect form as an alternative to QotF

-higher resistance requirement and very high pressure for cold resist on gears


Pros

-Free Arctic Armour
-4(!) Skill points (eliminates the need to take those 3 dodge nodes because free Phase Acro)
-higher evasion with enough cold resistance
-%increase in Dex (small but not small enough to scoff at)

It does work. If you want it to go off when CwDT taken though, it's gem level cannot exceed the level of CwDT (most leave it a level 1[level 38 req] which then you need Immortal Call to not exceed level 38 requirement). Then use Increased duration to make it last longer since we aren't giving ourselves a way to get Endurance charges.

In conjunction with CwDT, when you take 528 total damage (CwDT level 1), it will proc its baseline duration of .40 seconds by default. Endurance charges just make it last longer. This build doesn't generate any endurance charges.

I thought about the item but I tried with QoTF for the move speed bonus.
I think in 3.0 I will use The Perfect Form since AA > Move Speed against 6 new acts.

Anyway IC lvl1 can save you some times the problem is you will almost never feel it.

hi. Have you considered Scion Raider/Slayer for this build? seems like the pathing gets a bit better. 3.0 Raider is frenzy on-hit against rare/unique, and 3.0 slayer is "leech doesn't end on full life". Seems like it may be up your alley.

I believe Raider is better than scion. But you can go for Raider/ Elementalist or Champion rather than Slayer. Because we will have VP so Slayer is kinda wasted for this build.

Raider gives the best damage output but Scion can offer a bit damage with more utility.
Elementalist brings Reflect IMMUNITY. Yes Immunity, I used to do reflect maps without problem so now you can do min max Reflect. Champion gives Fortify + Taunt. Really good mechanics, we could remove WB + 3L to get a 4L Ancestral Warchief maybe.

For 3.0 Pathfinder - Raider - Scion Raider+Elementalist - Scion Raider+Champion are the main classes & ascendancy choices.

PS: The pathing doesn't change something.

The converted damage is added as base lightning damage which is quite a lot. I would consider using this over added cold.

If Added Cold & Light are buffed in 3.0

BF - Added Cold - Added Light - WED - Elemental Focus - Lightning Pen

AoE is not that usefull since AoE nerf.

Light Pen > Cold Pen because we have vinktar & tree nodes for light. Better stack the same ele Pen.
