To prevent stuns iam using eye of chayula. You should give it a try. Kiara is good and everything, but you use it once and you run out of charges. Eye of chayula or valyrium should help you deal with stuns.

Skyforth, Chayula, or Valyrium. Kiara's is only for mapping and not reliable imo. As for leech you can run Blood Rage on your weapons or shield and weapon swap to disable it. This will also gives you some attack speed and damage. Your gloves and belt look like they could use master crafting.

I've just got to 95 with this build, the problem I see is really hard to justify when you have something as stupid as HoWA and you could so a crit version, because it has both higher dps and is more reliable, and is way more cheap because you don't require a GG dagger.

The upside is that you don't really need DW with this version (well, you don't need with HoWA either because you already do an stupid amount of dmg, but is a big dps lose to not dw) and can get a good shield and hence get a better ES pool.

One potential upgrade end-endgame I'm considering is getting a Shavs, Presence of Chayula, getting Hatred/Grace (if you are in HC grace would be better at that point), getting some mana leech on gear, and using life leech as a 6L, hence dropping Warlord's Mark and freeing a curse slot for more defence/offence (while getting a nice ES pool). But still, you can do the crit HoWA or Scourge versions and is easier and cheaper, as well and has more reliable dmg output (and potentially higher) without having to craft/buy a GG dagger.

I like the versatility of dual cursing though, as you can always use enfeeble over vulnerability if you are doing hard maps, and the damage to clear T15-T16 maps and almost one shoot bosses is there anyway (with flasks up not hard to get 10k tooltip + vuln it will melt most bosses from insane DOT). For guardians and shaper though probably more upfront and reliable damage is better to leverage VP more reliably (crit is always a bit RNG and due to the way BF works hitting harder all the time with upfront damage is better for leeching).

Still very fun build :)

Your build is looks relatively the same as what I was using. Difference is I used hybrid armour gloves to cut coloring costs, my Vaal Haste was where your Vaal Discipline is, and I used Portal instead of Vaal Discipline.

I respeced to Scourge and rerolled to try HOWA. Not that impressed with HOWA Spectral Throw's single target so I may change to Blade Flurry. I still have a lot of levels and INT on gear to get before I can make a fair comparison. From my research I think HOWA will make a slightly better mapper. Scourge will be a MUCH better boss killer especially with Abyssus, but it'll be squishier. Both builds are good, but I think I'd rate Scourge higher right now.

Hey guys!

I'm like to attempt Shaper and all T16 bosses. Could someone tell me if my gear/tooltip is good enough? I downed Phoenix on my first try, but I'm not sure if I can do Chimera yet. I also got rekt on a temp. chains + enfeeble Vaal Temple map.

Auras: Discipline, Hatred, Haste
Life/Mana leech: 1.90%/0.71%
ES: 9824

Tooltip with auras, no charges: 7.4k, 6.29 attacks/second
Tooltip with autas, with charges: 12.8k, 6.29 attacks/second
Tooltip with autas, with charges and flasks: 24.2k, 6.85 attacks/second



Any advice for gear/tree optimizations welcome too!

P.S. I'm aware I can get more DPS by dropping haste, using herald of ash, and devoting the 4 skill points I'd save to get the same APS near duelist starting point. I use haste because of the movespeed buff, which I find useful for regular map running in T10+ maps.
