Since Shaper regens while he teleports you to other side of the map, I suggest just spamming Lightning Warp and rush to the end. I didn't use any special potions, I just grabbed three mana potions because I don't run Reduced Mana and I used Concentrated Effect as 6th link. I used Heartbreaker Dagger on swap for its "Your spells have Culling Strike" affix.

I do have pretty good gear but I expected a harder fight. If you haven't tried shaper and you have easy time with guardians, give it a try! And training harder boss fight with guardians is quite cheap, so give them a go if you already haven't.
