Im truly sory you exposed your selff on redit. I actualy dont know mach abouth it except what people saying here so idk who in sane minde will even whant to have bissnis there. This is a game of so many posibility, concept may be unusable att one point and become a build defining in other. For my short expiriance i know things change and old ideas become reality. Descovering is big part of fun i have in this game and it strike me odd that some people dont have that in them. Agen idk whay will you even pay them attention it just so not wort it. |

" People say this forum is bad, but I lurk here quite a bit, and I honestly think people are mostly picking out the negative experiences. Overall people here are at least pretty neutral I feel. Of course you get the occasional shitposter, but I think the community here is a lot smaller. Most of the prolific posters know what to expect from each other. Reddit on the other hand...I regret it every time I get curious enough to visit. There are a few devs that seem to lurk around here some, but I think a lot of the public stuff gets posted over on Reddit because they can reach a larger audience. Just my assumption though. Realistically though, what did you expect? The build isn't particularly novel, and you haven't demonstrated that your iterative changes have substantially improved the performance of the build.
2h Marohi EQ has been done to death. The gloves don't substantially alter how the build functions: they essentially trade a life roll for a passive boost for playing the build correctly (staying at max EC). You're adding 28% increased damage, some IAS that's nearly valueless for EQ, and shock immunity, in exchange for having to use 2 rare rings to balance resists. Those rare rings could be converted to, say, a Ming's Heart, which is going to act like a 13-17% more damage multiplier (after considering phys/ele damage splits), or a Voidheart. It could also be converted into a defensive item, such as being able to use a Kaom's/Lightning Coil in the chest slot, or picking up a Doedre's Damning to run TC/Enfeeble for maximum tankiness. Worse, you've made some nonsensical decisions on some of your other slots. Meginords does almost nothing for a Marohi build: 10 flat phys (on average) is like 2.5% of what's already on your Marohi, and 10% increased life is worse than a flat life roll on a tanky marauder build that can easily get 200% life. Same thing for flat phys on your rings/amulet: dropping the flat phys and doubling down on getting T1/T2 life rolls is going to be better for the same budget. You also have too much IAS on EQ. You want just enough IAS to have an attack time that's just slightly slower than the aftershock delay, so that you attack -> aftershock and nearly immediately attack again, triggering another aftershock. Going even slightly over is a MASSIVE DPS loss because you're suddenly getting only half the aftershocks out. With your gems at their current level/quality, you have an aftershock time of .757 seconds, requiring 33% IAS to ideally match the swing time to the aftershock timer. By comparison, you have 69% IAS with your current setup without the faster attacks gem, and 118% with it. To hit the next breakpoint, you would need 166% IAS with your Marohi, which is infeasible. Drop some IAS. ==================================================== Now that I'm done eviscerating your build, I hope you've learned something from that. 2H RT Marohi EQ isn't novel enough to stand on that accord alone, no matter what minor 1-2 item gear swaps you make along the way. Without being able to stand on novelty alone, your build needs solid mechanical underpinnings to back up the choices you have made. |
