This game is broken right now, why dont they fix it ?
" " No, its not just missing a word, its wrong in the basic sense and the issue why BV is so broken with master surgeon. You cast blade vortex, blade vortex has a duration of x seconds. Every full second blade vortex will roll for a crit, then have a 10% chance to gain a flask charge. Thats anywhere from 0-10 flask charges gained per activation of blade vortex, with a duration of 10 seconds. Compare that with Ball lightning -gmp - echo Lets say you crit - cast it twice (echo) - have 10 balls floating around, of which each does multiple hits that all crit. @ZweihundertMorder: Cataca said 'per skill activation', not 'per cast'. I was actually thinking of cyclone coc cospri's malice, barrage or molten strike mjolner builds which generate multiple hits per attack in addition to procs with coc cospri's and mjolner. Was I wrong?

This whole BV Pathfinder flask junkie super duper insta leech is like an echo from long dead CoE LL ST back in 1.3. Just this one appears to be 6% more cancerous.

" All three builds I was thinking of achieve more hits per second than BV, actually a build I was discussing with Aim_Deep will achieve substantially more hits per second. Seems it was just a wording misunderstanding, the 'per skill activation' instead of 'per cast' threw me off. You have to be realistic about these things. A crit barrage build could be also able to maintain charges as a BV'ler does. But iam not sure if every single arrow count as crit in that case.

" It rolls the crit on attack and if it's a crit roll every subsequent hit for the attack crits, used to work splendidly with CoC before they gutted it, I always assumed it would work with crit flask generation. The perk specifically states "whenever you deal a critical strike".
So it works independent of skill activation. It's hit/monster side based, not player activation based. So yes, barrage should be able to proq the perk for every arrow that crits and hits a mob. Peace, -Boem- Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes
