Considering they gave CoC a .5 second cooldown per effected spell, I don't see why they can't do the same for Surgeon. You'd still be generating way more charges than normal, which is the obvious intent, but this puts a hard limit on it and doesn't force them to kneecap other BV builds and doesn't limit future skill and flask design. I mean Vinktar/Taste/Atziri will still be the meta now and forever, but at least this one Ascendancy passive won't be miles ahead of everything else. Solution found: Make sure the crit can only count once per cast ;). BV/Pathfinder broken combo removed. Still leaves BV as one of the strongest skills in game, but makes it impossible to facetank the Shaper. Remove Horticrafting station storage limit. What you said is 100% not relevant to the answer i gave to Bars. The Problem with BV is that each STACK can crit once per second. If you would Crit once per second with 20 Stacks that would not be a Problem at all. And if you would even TRY it with a bit of Context and realyl read and understand the Question Bars had and then again read my Answer, escialy thr part: " "20 Casts" so 20 Crits per second. I implies exactly the same you said. (20 crits per second = 1 crit per second per stack) It jsut wasn´t the question at all. But thx for trying to be a smartass.
