Flameblast is still a superior single target burn or even for just staying away from stronger monster's. I think if you mix and match what you like about this build with other version's it will be fine as long as you focus on defenses for HC. I am pretty sure the racecourse boss has a reflect mechanic which may explain how you died if you flameblast him. For Uber lab on Standard League I would use a Doryani's Catalyst as a weapon but even without it I think your gear is ok. Fighting him with charges is a bad idea as he will gain huge elemental resists and more damage. Try and complete the lab without him having charges or curse font's and it will be more manageable. My last advice is remember to use Decoy Totem to control some positioning of the fight. Hey dude I am currently level 85 in Breach League with this build and it is very good for breach packs. I don't have any of the required unique's except Pyre ring so far and I am doing up to Tier 9 map's just fine and will be pushing higher when I wake up.
