you do not have to be playing the game to know that the thread title is boyond ridiculous. ranged in trouble? lets talk about melee for a while shall we?
people claiming that their builds have no defenses.. well no shit sherlock. youve created a build with no defenses so it has no defences! surpised? form A to Z it is your build so blame yourself dor tour builds deficiences i have post-prophecy RoTC character. but ive not copied a streamers build (that was pure glass) and instead invested into AR (despite using acro!), end charges (5), flasks. im not alergic to casting enduring cry. but my dps is lower so my build is shiat? |

what is far more common is 'people are getting as much defeces as their dps allows'. it is the dps grees that kills in wast majority of cases
diamond flask vs stibnite. crit ring vs coral ring. crit bonanza quicer vs life and resists on quiver (people rarely overcap resists and then die to curses/EE from monsters). etc etc. one shot bs happens and it is a stupid fame design but it is not as common as people make it to be |

" Most Archer builds are kill or be killed, and when two of the new bosses completely nullify the vast majority of your single target damage, the fight becomes much harder. Archers sort of struggle against Core Malachi because he's a multi-phase boss with alot of HP and you have to dodge so much stuff that inevitably you probably will get hit, let alone the new bosses. Even if you do retool your tree a little to grab more defense, your EHP will never match a Marauder class wearing a Kaoms or a caster class going Hybrid or CI. The new bosses are straight up designed to be anti-dps bosses, which is fine. But they've gone too far in one direction, like typical GGG balancing.
