Crash at Luanch

I've run out of ideas.....
Upgraded all my stuff (windows 8), several content.gppk and complete new installation, checked multiple options on start .... nothing helps. Still crashes several minutes after entering a Instance, sometimes even on game start or on Instance changing. Support even didn't answer (mail is 3 days ago now.) Plz GGG, a response to that would be really important to a bunch of people ... Hi all. At first, sorry for my bad englisht, but i don't speak this language well :(
I had this problem for the firsts three days. One of the tip was to install the service pack 1. In my historial of windows update i had this installation since August and the state was good. but when y try to install more updates (yesterday), new sp1 was installed (with the same name and code) and my computer reset, my game stop crash. I don't know if this reply can help someone but i hope yes. Bye and good luck!! |

Yo, what is the deal, GGG? Can we get an update on this "crash at game launch" issue? Or is it going to be one of these things that you cannot fix because you decided to upgrade your development environment and tools to new software that doesn't support the legacy systems that birthed this game?

i was one of those who waited for a fix ! but u can just download the sp 1 and the game will work .. i am also frustrated but i think that instead of waiting for a fix ... we should try to help ourselves .. so in conclusion just install the sp 1 and you will be able to play ! thank !
