" Well, page 10, again, was aimed to Win 7 users about installing SP 1. Crash at launch wasn't the only problem, if you take a view around here in Technical regarding all the issues with 2.4 (Launch crashes, problems with instance changes, heavy graphical issues, random crahes during gameplay ) - all I want is a bit more communication, little stickies here or somewhat that keeps the ppl a bit more informed on severe issues. Its maybe only a minority (a vocal? dunno) but I bet there are hundreds of players with minor to severe problems with this update. That are also players that reading "Other than the server memory issues during the first few hours, the launch went smoothly and our players have been enjoying the Essence Challenge Leagues and Atlas content!" in the Announcements. If you then add the case, that support isn't able to work on email request for a couple of days (well, maybe some auto generated shit helps sometimes ....) you suddenly feel lost with your matters. We've found a fix to a crash when launching the game and will deploy it today I hope.

" Finally, PoE runs again, everything seems to be working now. It's a shame that some of us missed the first few days of the league. I've expected a fix much sooner, but being in a small pool of players with this particular problem I can understand it. Thanks for not forcing the Service Packs on us. |
