I confirm. Installing service pack 1 didn't do the job. Where is the point of a new league, ladder when not everyone have the same chances to start. Bugs like that should be looked into before release. Tested on all versions of Windows with all service packs. Most of us (especially I did) have spent hundrets of dollars to support the game.
