35% discipline, 35% blasphemy, 25% arctic armour = 95%. That extra 5% is enough with the CwC SR version. If not you will need enlighten.

Let me ask again. I will lose a lot if my scorching ray will be level 1 instead of level 20? I really like 4 mana cost, even on maps where i cant leech mana or hexproof/players cant regen mana. What do you think?
Damage is only 3k dps, or it grows with stages?

leave it at lvl 2 (same mana cost as lvl 1). having it higher is negligible for damage and only adds to the mana cost. you can use a lvl 20 SR when you have godly gear and can handle the mana cost/afford the enlighten to go with it.

wasted 200c today trying to make a belt with fire res or dual res on it and this was the best i could do, i'm never touching those essences again.

hi been playing this as my first real hardcore legacy league character. Are there alot of other people in HC here playing this? I'm up to lvl 87 and up to t10 maps, and its been cake the whole way. Just wondering what are some limitations to playing this in hardcore.

What to do if I dont want to spend the socket for Enlighten?
Atm Kelvynn have WM/Disc/AA/Blash on his helm.
So should I get more intel on gear or mana?

You should get CwC and SR. It uses, at lvl 17 and in a 4l, around 17 mana/s. With more regeneration than that you can sustain it forever.

Is it possible that your discipline, arctic armour or warlords mark are linked with another unnecasary gem increasing one of their mana reserved costs?

Other than that the charisma keynode just to the left of vaal pact can give you 4% reduced mana reserved for some extra mana to play with while your gear still sucks.

I'm playing SC and this build looks like it's more suitable for HC due to its amount of defenses.

Could I replace, let's say, Temporal Chains, with a dps curse or maybe drop arctic armour for other aura?

Do you have any suggestions or should I still play this build as it is?
