[2.3] Death Vortex - Dual Curse/Crit/CI Blade Vortex Build 1.0.1a

With this build i find it very tricky to generate mana when you can't use vaal gems.. (izaro, atziri if you die once) also atziri 1hits me in her phase where she's with 4 at 9.5kES 1k+ armor.. other then that i'm plowing. up to tier 11 already
