The gentleman talks about common sense, but I strongly feel he is lacking it. To be quite honest people should be more afraid of the amount of bacteria and viruses on that toilet paper or towel they grab in a restroom. People have a choice of whether or not to use a public bathroom. It's not mandatory to use one as a matter of fact most bathrooms are locked out of the public if not a member or customer. Though that's besides the point... At work my co worker was all male dressed as a woman. He always used the females bathroom and not once did anyone question it. Before blacks could not use a white bathroom, woman couldn't vote... Now it's bigotry and racism against transgender. Humanity unfortunately hasn't evolved as a whole, pretty damn scary. It's a double standard to give an idea of just males taking pictures. Females too can do the same... It's just not males identifying as females but let's not forget females too can identify as being male. Someone would have to be extremely ignorant to not realize anyone can post a picture of someone nude in the bathroom illegally without consent. Again if your argument would be presented to a general populace (which it is) you would be placed in a very melancholy category. In other words people can not take your judgement seriously if you're just in that one sentence exemplifying ignorance at its core. Anyways... There's a strong tradition of "nudity is pornography" in the US unfortunately, especially among social conservatives.

" I dont think it is a crazy assumption to think that some men, especially teenagers, would love a chance to legally get into the changing rooms and showers with females. My basis for foundation for my argument is the nature men, especially teenagers. There are already tons of websites with millions of pictures where people post up naked female pictures without their consent. Are people going to pretend like this stuff is not already happening? My big problem is mainly at schools. No one cares if transgendered use whatever bathrooms they want, people are mainly concerned about abuse though by people willing to lie. I dont think there is much of a concern at public restrooms in the mall or restaurants ect but there is a great potential for abuse at schools. |
