2.4 and the CoC nerf - what to expect ?

So we knew that CoC was "about to get nerfed" with Ascendancy, then it was not.
But it's prolly on its way... like suggested in the GGG post https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1676390... How would you guys balance Cast on Crit ? My nerf

Since when is coc a problem?
There are other things that needs adjustments first. and the change was about cooldowns afaik Contact support@grindinggear.com to report issues relating to the game or forum. Thanks!

Too soft. A nerf needs to be hard and painful. So: Linked spells cannot crit at all.

CoC is not the problem in the meta rightnow.
While CoC could get some adjustments there are far bigger issues in PoE currently. The real hardcore PoE players and the elites sit in town and zoning in and out of their hideouts trading items. Noobs that don't know how to play PoE correctly, kill monsters for items. It's pure fact, it will never change.
