When will Labyrinth be nerfed for non-elite players to get Ascendancy classes?

If you have a sucky connection and play in HC none can get you through the labyrinth. And don't tell me why I play with HC. I was fine before the labyrinth. A small lag spike there can mean death.

I did lab with vuln + 40% fire res from "mysterious darkshrine" first time as soon as it was avalible (lvl 34) self found other than a Geofri's Baptism. (I was at 80ms ping). Just make sure your build is efficient (doesn't have to be min/maxed) and life flasks are up to date.
Lab has no gear check. Boss is way easier than atziri. I love how bad you players are and want ascendency just handed to you because you can't overcome super easy traps. Oh and I run merc with 1 life flask.

Pls teach me master
It is no news the bosses in POE are WAYYYYY overtuned, not only they mitigate a lot of damage so you leech nothing but there seems to be a lot of boss skills that just ignore everything you have. For example I have a duelist with max attack/spell block, max resists as well, and I do get constantly damaged by izaru, like every 2-3 attack connects and hit for a ton of damage, not to mention all the traps seems to bypass all your defenses completely.

Maybe GGG will come with yet another mechanic to mitigate damage of bosses, because it seems: armor, evasion, dodge, resists. block, leech (and sub-mechanics), regen... combined don't seem to be enough.

Yet that are much harder bosses, like atziri, like this makes any difference to the average player that just want some deserved points to keep playing this game.
I don't know what they would "nerf" since dodging traps is all mechanics based and the boss himself is just on par with act 4 boss.

Like legit if people think basic dodging stuff in a video game is "elite" then we are going to have some problems making more interesting content in the future.

that is great.

very true
I am adult enough to ignore the childish replies, but the fact remains that there are many players like myself that require over 20 tries to kill the Act 4 boss. Yet, for Izaro, you don't get 20 tries.

We CANNOT complete the Labyrinth, and CANNOT get Ascendancy classes.

The boss needs a huge nerf.

My honest impression is that labyrinth is probably the biggest surprise brick wall that has ever been added to this game to date.

I knew ascendancy was coming out, and I knew vaguely that there were ascendancy sub classes. Other than that I knew nothing about the labyrinth. When I got my arc witch to the point where I could actually access the labyrinth I had no idea what to expect.

At first I thought it was cool. I actually enjoyed the trap mechanics and the monsters didn't seem ridiculously hard. I liked getting the keys to unlock doors and stuff. All of that was fine.

The boss was also fine. He was a bit hard for my level 35 witch, but I managed it.

But then it didn't end. I was like...oh its not over? Little did I know, I had another hour or so and two more boss fights ahead of me.

To make a long story short, I had no idea what the conduits and disruptors did, and so when I reached the final boss fight he had 2 elements and 16 charges up and wiped the floor with me. I think it was statistically impossible for me to win.

So, 1-2 hours of playtime followed by a boss fight I cant win because I didn't intuitively divine the totally unexplained mechanics of a 3 segment boss fight spaced out over the whole run.

Im sorry but thats soul crushing to anyone, elite or not.

My two big complaints about Labyrinth is that its too long to be fun, and that you HAVE TO DO IT to get your subclass. If labyrinth didn't guard major character advancement I would think of it as nothing more than challenging, optional content and its difficulty and length would be fine. But it isn't. You have to do it 3 times to complete your character.

I think thats a poor decision on GGG's part. People came to play ascendancy for the subclasses. To put them behind such a huge wall is going to make people quit.

Just my 2 cents.

Me and my friends only play for more than 3 years the game and we couldn't pass the normal lab at level 34~40(yes, we got 6 levels trying the lab).

We stopped to try and leveled more 6 level and tried again. =p

Basically you need 15+ level more than the level of the labyrinth to have a fair fight.

Well, glad I'm not the only one. It's ridiculously hard on normal and I stopped trying after 4 hours and reaching level 40 as well. I don't care about cruel or merc - I can deal with those when my character is developed and has decent gear but for normal lab to be this difficult is outright lunacy.
