" Right... I hope! Learned from bitter experience (several times) not to set my expectations too high, it brings too much disappointment. Cough, GW2... Cough, ESO, to name a few recent disappointments where I had hoped for a game of DAOC caliber. Still got some hope for Camelot Unchained though, Mark Jacobs in charge could be good omen, although I do have my concerns about the games PvE content. Got a keen eye on Gloria Victis as well I have to admit. |

" I backed CU and as far as I understand there will be literally no PvE content aside from crafting. I think that's great tbh. GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.

" Well, according to their website there will be pve, but it is optional, and there will be no pve progression. PvE will be hunting for gear and/or crafting materials. Also, crafting will be meaningful as it was in DAOC, and that is a good sign. First indications were that CU would be pvp/rvr only and would have no pve whatsoever. But that brought a good deal of critique from many old DAOC fans (like my self), and they gave in and promised to include pve content in the game. There will be pve boss encounters and also a huge dungeon with both pve and pvp (ala Darkness Falls) from launch, and it has been hinted that more pve content and dungeons is planned to be added later on. |

We all know EA games would ruin path of exile and start selling exalts and rare items in the item mall lol. Just their trademark.
