I agree with you on the financial model and happy its the way it is. I think its like a long term investment in that the game being free and nice mtx, people might dip into the pockets a little more and like you said a great team of people. People say your a D bag but you're not as far as I can tell.

Nobody would buy PoE because it isn't profitable to spend an extremely large amount of money and then pay the current existing dev team to support a game, the profit margins would take forever to pay your money back.

They'd probably change it so you only have 1 stash tab and they'd increase the cost of them
And full-respec for 25$ |

It would mean most of the old players left, and a score of new scrubs decending... but they would not stay long, as you'd have to keep paying each time you'd want to go from normal -> cruel etc.
So most new players would leave, but EA would not care, as they continued spam-PR for the game would make new marks keep filling in the door. Aka it would mean the death of the game. In 2 years, EA would close the game stating too high server costs. |

Continue playing as normal and wouldn't expect a whole lot to change about the game.

" Oh, I do. Warframe wasn't it? Not a bad game but the pay to skip is getting a bit crazy currently. Hopefully they fix that. However this is the PoE forum, and all I have to say is I love this game to death. I bought a supporter pack and am kinda sad I didn't have money or a job earlier. I love this game and started playing 1 month and 24 days(calculated) after the original release date(January 23, 2013). I had to format once and forgot about the game for a year or two though.
