Bino has rather low dps. Its whole value resides in the regen it offers, which is something independent from the poison damage.

My CI flicker used to get 5-6k ES per sec with ZO and Bino's.
I like the mechanic, there's a certain temptation with the 'immortal while it's working' thing, to put too much reliance on 100% working and shit out badly every time reality hits that it's more like 99%. Casually casual.
