It is not dps but damage value. People are overusing multistrike creating weaker hits. I have ~30k unbuffed lightning strike and the regen is fluctuating around 2800hp/s. It is literaly impossible to die while clearing. And boss fights.. same as with all other builds. Ofc unless boss is surrounded by adds that feed this regen
