fallout 3 is easily the worst game in the fallout franchise, and since FO4 is done by bethesda as well, I dont see how its not another crap game

maybe so, but those guys play a lot of RPGs compared to others and while they're elitist bunch at least they know what the fuck theyre talking about and don't cater to casual toddler gamers tastes.

and frankly, most of their hate isnt unfounded in the last 5-10 years or so. gaming is shit lately with few exceptions.

fo3 (and likely f04) are dumbed down shooters in a cult rpg series in some of which you could do majority of content without entering combat. obviously it's gonna be hated on, and rightfully so.

I wont be spending my money on FO4 unless reviews I trust (aka not industry whores of journalists) say it's a very good game.

diablo or PoE arent really RPG's in strict sense of the word (among true RPG fans which which would include places that talk about cRPGs, like codex or watch). there's no roleplaying nor is there c&c.

theyre ARPGs. they're more action games than rpgs in sense of roleplay and gameplay, tbh
