5L, 6L drop.... true or myth ?

Well, im quite new to the game, playing 1 month...
Id like to know what are the chances, you get 5L or 6l drop ingame ? And second question, is it better to pay 70 jews, 150 links, for 5L, to a master, then craft it myself ? odds are 350,000:1

chances to drop a 6L are quite low, but not unheard of.
I'd equate finding a 5L to finding an exalt, but that really depends on RNG. finding an ex in the 1M leagues is pretty lucky, I'd say. You're better off buying a 5L from other players, as they're quite cheap. Better stay in the land of the damned, Exile. Here, even the very words are corrupted by Nightmare.

5l drop about the same as exalts in rarity....6l drop is extremely rare. Abd the whole master craft decision is yours to make alone...there is upsides and downsides...I have seen people get a 6l in 3 fusings and I myself didn't get a 5l with over 300 fusings.. just depends on how much you like to gamble.

" Chance, no idea. But if all you want is a 5L it's much cheaper to buy it. White 5Ls cost a lot less than 70 jews and 150 fusings (some 5Ls go for 3-10c depending on the base and the time of the league). In 1 month league I found 2 5L chests and 5L'd 2 items, one with master, one without. Master fusing should be more efficient with 5S items, I remember reading that hitting 5L on a 6 socket is twice as likely than on a 5 socket item.

the price of using vorici is to much imo. ive had good luck and 6 linked in a very small amount of fusings and ive blown away a good amount and not even got a 5 link.
been playing half a year or so. ive dropped 10ish 5 links. lots of 5 link 2h like to drop it seems. more than 5l chests anyway. i found 1 6 link bow drop not long ago. was ilvl 66 so was worthless really. was nice to see it drop tho :D |
