No point trying to be a nice guy on POE trade
No such thing as rich and alone.

I have a lvl 71 ev/es chest 6 link with pretty bad rolls, so I tried to sell it for just 8ex. I get 2 reaction: 1. People with currency but somehow expecting 5x t1 rolls for 8 ex. 2. Some that say: I buy, come to my HO and drop 5 1 chaos uniques in the trade window. After 1 week I just gave up selling it.
But in case of really good items like a windripper trading goes easy. | |
I miss D2's ability to drop items in towns.
I don't trade, but I have found good items I don't need. In D2 I would join a game a drop the items and leave. Now I just vendor them. Edit: I don't trade because I have had too many shitty experiences with it. But I still like helping out noobs. |

" MUDs used to have a /donate command that would let you send unneeded loot to a newbie area for them to pick through. Would love to see something like that implemented. No. Calm down. Learn to enjoy losing.

Why are you taking negotiating personally? TBH it just sounds likes you shouldn't trade TC.
I hope it isn't news that people want items for cheap. If you can't handle people trying to get good deals you honestly shouldn't trade. Wanting a good deal has nothing to do with you. It sounds like you should be happy you talked a guy from 2c up to 10c, if anything you were being "mean" by wasting his time after he got to your price and you didn't sell. With cheap items with a large supply, like a rats nest, you should make it very straight forward so you don't waste anyone's times. Buyer: "hey, can I buy your rats nest?" You: "sure, 10c" Buyer: "2c?" You: "No. 10c, non-negotiable." Then just don't respond to anything less than 10c unless you want to sell for low. Its not hard, and its nothing to take personally. Welcome to PoE
And that's more than 1% away from max in BOTH the crit and the rarity, not worth much, I will take for 2c. The real hardcore PoE players and the elites sit in town and zoning in and out of their hideouts trading items. Noobs that don't know how to play PoE correctly, kill monsters for items. It's pure fact, it will never change. Welcome to PoE. Last edited by Pewzor#2343 on Apr 7, 2015, 8:37:42 AM

" Not perfect though is it , if I was looking to pay for a perfect one , then all rolls shpould be perfect , that one isn't , it's so close , but you can't use the word "perfect " unless you call it "almost perfect" :P ROFL @ Hardcore in this game . ALT F4 for FTW . Hardcore my arse .
