Got this nice high roll Rat nest. Checked POE XYZ and found out that it normally goes for 15 chaos minimum. I tried to be a nice guy by selling this piece extra cheap at 10C to help those poor players. Met someone who tried to argue that he would buy it unless if it is 4 linked. Are you serious? Are those high roll 15 chaos ones on poe xyz even linked? Dont take me for an idiot. Next was this joker who threw the words 2 chaos right in my face when i wrote in capital letters 10 CHAOS. Then he went on to 5. I gave him a thorough bashing by telling him that if he pisses me off he would have no choice but to look for those jokers who sell at 15 chaos. Then he kept saying '6c last call, 7c last call, 8 c last call...' until he hit 10. By then i was so pissed off that I said I would not sell even if he offered 1 exalt (and I seriously meant it) Then he just kept begging me to sell my rat nest until even now. [Removed by Support] |

Well, haggling a 10c Rat's Nest is pretty retarded, yes. Though, haggling for a multiple exalt item is not in the least.

I shared this post because I am pissed off that people can take things for granted so much when I am trying to be nice. I dont care about whatever outcome I get. So no Charan, I think you are missing my point.

I sold a lowest possible roll (60%) rat's in 1MSC for 25c and could probably sell it for 1ex, if I could be arsed to squeeze every cent out of trading.
Lesson learned: if you wanna play the trading game, do it in temp leagues. Yes, OP, some people are spoiled brats and would want everything handed to them. People asking for links and exact colors even :) --- I also looted a perfect one in 1MSC, which I've seen people selling for 3 ex, lol :P (ofc this one is not for sale) When night falls

I sell stuff for cheap at times. Esp in temp leagues where I actually play a lot and find a lot of stuff. The thing is, you don't list the stuff that you will sell cheap unless you want a flipper to get it.
Example, I found a coil in beyond, was gonna list it later. Had global chat turned on, saw some guy asking if anyone has coil or knows someone who has one. It's always worth being nice, otherwise you end up bitter and alone :)
