Like those gloves needed the attack speed or anything else. Just added shock damage on gloves ALONE would have made that unique viable. What they have done is literally make every other gloves utterly WORTHLESS for elemental users. That's not good item design imo. The gloves would be balanced if they had -75% maximum lightning resistance. Actually, screw it. Lightning resistance capped at 0%, so you can't get around it with that one passive, or flasks, or Purity. You guys are acting like everyone and their mother is going to have a pair of these gloves...or that everyone also has a Koam's just laying around to use with these glove. Unique drop rate are now independent and controlled depends on what unique it is. It is a sign that this is either a high lvl map or an unique with drop rate set to be very rare.
