" Those gloves are going into an ele cleave build if they have access to them, most take wakes as well and the reason to use either of those for a 5l is for kaoms otherwise why bother. So basically you have 4 slots that are uniques with no res (not sure if rime gaze has res) so you can use conc effect on cleave. It's completely impractical for the DPS you gain. Why is everyone only talking about cleave? Those are BiS for LA and similar builds. If you have a Kaom's you need the bow for you main AOE attack and you can put your single target (probably Frenzy) in those gloves. And even without a Kaom's the DPS they give is still better than any other gloves, since it's easy to get the resists elsewhere.
