Take it as you will, but assuming that AHK runs OUTSIDE of PoE (no injections or whatever), I'd presume the hack detection dumps the entire process list. Well done GGG.

Bingo, that is it. PoE is now spyware. Nicely done behind our backs too. I take back every good thing I ever said about GGG.

Shots are fired. If I was GGG, I'd take a step by step approach.

First you ban everyone using this in races. Races are the most directly competitive part of the game. Ban consistently and aggressively here.

If people in ladders aren't getting the message, you begin the larger scale banwave.

There were some polls on reddit recently which showed 10% admitting to using it. If one is to take this thread as some indication of massive wholesale cheating, then I think we should credit the 90% of respondents who choose to follow the rules.

Maphack is nothing compared with this. This hack simply destroys the game.

yea but all the white knights just blend it out and see only the bad of it despite the fact that alot of people say that what they like the most about it are the QoL features.

i myself would like something like an option where i can highlite drops i specify... instead i spend every map 30-45 minutes sifting through 200+ items one by one to make sure i dont miss baseitems for chancing or whatever else item there is that is linked to a somewhat usefull vendor recipe.

also what they said about the thing with the particles... man i would love that feature to be in the client so partying wouldnt end up in a lagfest as soon as you have a couple of people in your party with flashy shit going off every second.

i even think that the creator of that topic somewhat intended to "uncover" this massive amount of people that use a tool for its QoL benefits tat will now have them banned with which without they prolly wont play any longer in hopes that GGG will do something to better the situation by implementing some of its features into the client.

Those "Quality of Life" features would have severe effects on the helpless Economy, so if there were implemented, appropriate nerfs need to be made by Chris to compensate for the easy mode.
