Sallazzang, Labyrinth Map Boss

What you do is face tank him while out leeching his damage and out damaging his regen.

So you push the "I win" button? 😄

Evasion pot , puncture him run away or just get 2 pots and kill him while in evasion ( 2 pots , 12 seconds eva )

The only thing he does that actually deals damage is a phys/chaos damage spell once per consumed corpse, evasion pots won't help against that. That is unless you have Iron Reflexes, then they boost your armour...

I just run straight up to him and single target nuke. He has little life and goes down fast. Don't give him any chance to eat corpses.

I don't see the big deal with this boss, really. I've been soloing him with a squishy char with no gear in added dmg maps without any trouble, and I don't really any major damage coming towards me. And when I say squishy and no gear, I mean it.

3.7k HP, 16k arc (recently switched to freeze pulse, bosses are a lot easier now), acrobatics, phase acrobatics, vaal pact. That's the character lol, running on a 4l, half of the gear has no life on it. So umm, if your character is somehow worse, you should probably reroll or something. Hell, a lvl 72 SRS guy with 2.5k HP survived this boss when I was partying with him.

I have no answer to your question honestly, I never understood the issues people have with this boss.

edit: Alright, I ran a labyrinth just to make sure I wasn't lucky or something. This time, the boss didn't even get me below 3k, and he was dead in about 5 seconds from the moment I started freezing pulsing him. (had to clear trash first) This was done on a 4l with bad jewellery.

Boss is kinda broken but you can hide behind pillars and shoot puncture between running behind different pillars. If you can evade devourer ranged attacks you shouldn't even bother killing them because the boss keeps spawning more.
