Your skill of capturing the essence is superb at best.

With your fine example from which to draw inspiration, how could I possibly fail? :-)

Oh well, fair enough. I'd rather have something like that song "RNG is so cruel to me" than scathing satire. GGG's devs are nice people after all, it feels too mean. Continue your endeavor Tao, :P

It might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I see that in spite of your reservations, you were able to get into the spirit of things with your own entry (which I added pretty much verbatim - brilliantly done). Proof that you are both clever and open-minded, I think.

Ooh, can I join in:

Not only can you play, you're in the starting line-up.

Summoner: A style of play where you use computer controlled automatons to combat Desync by forcing it on everyone else in your group instead.

CoCs: Crash on Critical Strike

Both booked and added.
Am I the only one who is irked by the word "chuckle"? Anyway, pretty funny I guess.

MoM - Mind over Matter - Keystone Passive that allows players to levitate small pebbles and fling them harmlessly at enemies.
EB - Eldritch Battery - Keystone Passive that allows CPR to be automatically triggered on dead Hardcore characters.
CI - Chaos Innoculation - Keystone Passive that allows the player to burn 3000 Orbs of Fusing to get a 3-link without breaking their monitor.
Very entertaining read, thanks for the laughs! If I may, I'd like to add a couple of entries:

Grave Consequences - Replies to a thread you posted in the "Suggestions" sub-forum.

OOS - (when preceded by a slash) a command which forces the client to beg for the server's attention in order to be promptly ignored by it; (when preceded by a period or a question mark) an expression of anger, disappointment and/or frustration over one's most recent death. Shortened version of "OOOOOOSHI--".

MoM - Mind over Matter. The belief that not retaliating when attacked somehow enables one to live longer. See also: turning the other cheek.

Energy Shield - A magic shield that fails to block, parry, deflect or otherwise mitigate incoming attacks. A vast improvement over its previous version, the Cardboard Armour (tm).

DPS - Deaths Per Second. Above or below certain thresholds it refers to your deaths, not the enemies'.

Waypoint - A place where a character often finds himself after dieing. Appropriately, it resembles a large stone slab with religious symbols carved onto it.

Merveil - The most hideous, soulless, malefic creature in Wraeclast who ever won a beauty contest. See: ex-wife.

Atziri - The most accurate representation of a fetish gone all kinds of wrong.

Midnight bargain - Colloquial name for Trade Chat #4.

The Goddess - Fictional entity who keeps getting mad, upset, aggravated, enraged or otherwise indisposed. See also: hysteria.

Solaris 2 - Well-known tourist attraction closely resembling a Las Vegas casino. Express trains to Solaris 2 leave every 15 minutes from 9:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday, since this area cannot be accessed by simply walking over there.

Pricecheck - Social mini-game designed to crush one's hopes, dreams and aspirations. When seeing "pricecheck", "PC" or "worth" in chat one is supposed to reply with any of the following: trash; vendor; half a scroll fragment; 7; bout tree fiddy.

Fairgraves - Private resort (complete with spa and fitness center) for retired hardcore characters.

Hardcore - A special league that rewards cowardice, scapegoating, conformity and dubious morality, while punishing hard work with a swift kick in the teeth. See also: IRL.

Victario - Historical figure credited with the invention of permanent markers.

Regal orb - Magical item that can turn a blue coloured trashcan into a yellow coloured trashcan. It seems that, being busy with all the thaumaturgical research, the Vaal never bothered to invent something as simple as paint.

You forgot "tree fiddy".

And yeah, one does not simply walk into Solaris.

Darn, I forgot about "bout tree fiddy" indeed. Thanks for the reminder! :)
