My build is dominating blow, Axe shield, hatred, determination, tempest shield marauder. I have 5 link chest no luck for the 6th. Dominating blow is on blood magic and doing about 7k dps with a 1.5 ex worth Axe.
I still have no chance against atziri or its uber. What I need is soul taker to replace blood magic with faster attacks or weapon elemental damage and Aegis Aurora to replace Crest of Perandus.
Can I offer bribe to Chris, Mark etc... ? I don't see any other way.
Looking at the gems in the linked armor, I think your build is infernal blow, not dominating blow. ;)

If you get a Soultaker (which has about the same DpS as your current axe) and swap the BM gem for faster attacks, your DpS will go up ~1-2k.
So you will do ~8-9k DpS.
Hate to ruin your dreams, but this will not make you an (Uber) Atziri killer.
And doing 7k DpS with a 300pDpS Axe... you are doing it wrong.

Same goes for PoE, if you bust your ass grinding you can eventually afford those items. The analogy isn't that bad.

Thanks a lot for the suggestions. As the previous poster highlighted I made a mistake. It should be infernal blow not dominating. I switch to dominating whenever there is elemental reflect. That is why supports are a little weird.

Thanks for the advice. I will for sure take a look at your sword and board guide. But this is the fact. I don't know what I am doing wrong but this 7k dps is even with 3 frenzy charge on with blood Rage.
May be I chose too many life regeneration nodes over Axe or melee damage for survivability. Can that be the reason?
Of course I am joking. I know this is against the sh*tload named the Terms and conditions. And I am an examplary citizen obeying the rules. Though from time to time some questions happen to come to my mind that I can't stop myself from asking them. But before question of the day, first the facts:
1. I have been playing this game for 2 years
2. Couldn't find any of the above mentioned uniques + many more high end items
3. Try to buy those items with orbs and realize that need many exalts
4. Decide to Collect but drop only 5 exalts in 2 years. Rest spend on sockets, links as intended by design
5. Couldn't achieve to obtain one
Under these circumstances, my question to developers will be:
"Could you please consider changing your T&C so that I can slap a pack of $'s to your faces and obtain these items by bypassing stupid number of layers of RNG?"
Thank you for considering my suggestion and thanks for this amazing game. I will continue playing it forever.

I played PoE for a year, but with pretty high MF (so it can equal to your 4 years), and i found only 1 of those items (Shavronne). They're just too rare, incredibly rare, i would say. When i found my Shavronne, there were just a pair of those available for sale (excluding exhibition and legacy ones).
Just dont tie yout build with those items, uless you're sure you WILL be able to buy them.

Fast search for PoE.xyz.is showed, that the price for Soul Taker in ambush (the only item you really need there) is 28 exa (or maybe even less), and you should be able to afford it already (if you play from start of ambush).
After a year of playing/farming Standard i had mirrored dagger, other stuff worth ~50-100 exa, and extra 50 exa in my stash (not counting bulks of other currency. And no, i didnt flipped all day, and i did no RMT, of course. Furthermore, i farmed with CI melee build, which is really expensive to start with and equip with decent MF.
However, i used IQ on my gear (i played before it came to legacy). Without IQ, currency drop should be just pathetic, and even item drops should be dissapointing, i assume. Stacking excessive IR wont give you profit because of diminishing, you need to improve clear speed.

Should I understand this as whoever wants a Soul Taker should already have it? Is that so easy to acquire 28 exalted orb? Can you please elaborate more, like how many hours you play / day? Me only 2-3 hours / day...
