if i wanted to make a lightning strike build (non hammer inclusive) from the witch tree would this work do you think? obviously id change some of the nodes since its specic to get the str int requirements but in general will this have enough dmg without the hammer?

how u reach requitments for 400str / 300int for your mjolner witch ? or i miss something from your gear or pasives ? i look through them but it dint reach ...

His gear has int/str on it to allow him to reach + passives.
