You have no clue about self found, did you?

Gear is irrelevant.

Alchs, chaos and chisels do not drop to even dream about sustaining 76+ for prolonged amounts of time, despite being more than enough geared for said maps.

Now I can understand why ex and et are rare.
But the above? It is impossible to understand.

I just hit 90 today without trading for any alchs chaos chisel or maps. 100% solo as well. Never touched public parties. Also on invasion, while we are at it, ive got roghly 50 self found orbs of regret.

So how do you roll your 74-78 maps?
Run them white = definitely not going to sustain your map pool.
Run them blue = definitely not going to sustain your map pool.
Use chisels, alchs, chaos and those regrets vendor exchanged to alchs = possibility of sustaining map pool.

However, those maps will not return even the alchs (including min-maxing vendor trades and recipes). Should you be blessed in that you sustain your map pool while using those orbs, you inevitably will run out of chisels, chaos, alchs and those regrets. Which will then mean you can no longer run those maps as you were, alched-chiselled-chaosed, which then results in your map pool imploding.

What you do then, is run lowball content at a silly:1 ratio to higher content to even attempt to just access high content periodically. And this is completely forfeiting any crafting use of the orbs.

The last character I levelled I was running 77 maps at 75 with the orbs I'd collected while levelling and a luck streak in map drops. It wasn't long before that character was lvl 90 without a single alch, chaos or chisel, swatting flies for a living.

This is the point I believe CCR5 was making, the point us veteran solo-self-found end game players have been making for a year and the point you missed.
Casually casual.

kudos -- 50 alchs right there

blue mid maps? they are popular in invasion

i remember one map cost me ~20 chaos in nemesis because all mods were either too dangerous or too crap

if they will add "3 RGB gems vendors for an alch" recipe I'll be more than happy

We really do need a proper non Q gem sink.

RGB = 1 alc

BTW Scion gets gems in 1:2:2 proportion, is it a bug?
While i beleive that snapshoting should be fixed, both the respecing one and the blood magic unique one, since it is not and you can do it,then why the hell not?It is a run that costs 100 exalts, and the reward is beyond great,it is just natural to do everything to beat it.

I am impressed that nobody actually commented on the Uber Atziri balance though.I mean the guy has in all his slots, either a perfect rolled legacy unique,or a mirrored item.Every sigle slot is BiS.Then he does double snapshotting,so he casts more auras with blood magic and then the respec,so he is essentially a 120+ level character, and still he died 4 times on the first video he did(and he knew the fight pretty damn well, the regular one,so he knew the mechanics). And i bet he still dies quite alot when he tried Uber Atziri. What are the chances of a regular, non RF player of beating her.

Possibly more ppl that killed Uber Atziri should post their videos and guides so we can get an idea, but ATM the fight seems impossible

It is a bad excuse to abuse things in a game, while someone believes he'll not get enough reward for something. In that case we all just could use bots, like back in diablo 2, so each one of us has shit tons of sick items and currency. That means though, we don't play the game anymore, that means, we don't enjoy the game anymore. We're just here for our own greed, and for the fact - that beside of that we only want to be better than anyone else.
This makes us ignorant and selfish. That's nothing about ambitions anymore.

While GGG wants this game to be hardcore, they fail over and over again, to balance the game - to the disadvantage of the large part of the community. Since the very hardcore gamers, the freaks, they count a minimum amount of players in total. But GGG seems to tend balancing the game, while implementing new monsters and bosses - depending on how far the very hardcore players could get.
If for example the regular guy has like 4,000 Life and maybe 20,000 Dps with a melee skill, very few guys got like 9,000 Life and maybe 100,000 or more Dps.

So GGG itself probably starts to think the game isn't what it was about and what it should be. It's "too easy". Look what players do, we implement new content and they quickly pass it and that in such an easy way of gameplay.

That's wrong though, they proudly announced the amount of registered people at the time, if I remember right. So now when those 100-200 (or more, this is not a reliable number - not saying that!) hardcore players come around and get through new content easy and fast, what do the many thousands of other regular players do then?

Yeah, we can watch videos about how sick the freaks in this game gonna play. But we want to play the game ourself too.

If this game only was played by hardcore gamers, then GGG would shut down their servers loooooong time ago, since that would just not be worth it, they wouldn't get any money at all, due to way too less amount of people playing it.

Therefor, fix those things as soon as possible, keep an eye on the very hardcore players and keep an eye on the overpowered stuff both coming from people and coming from monsters and bosses implemented by GGG!

Cause you GGG, tend to implement like very sick content sometimes, including stuff that for regular people in this game, which obviously is the mass of players here, is unreachable.

Focus more on balancing the game, imo.
POE 2 got serious performance issues. And so far the devs don't do anything about it or can't do anything about it. Either way it is very bad!
This kind of crap is the reason GGG is walking on eggshells by making bosses that are guaranteed to drop good shit (not so much the snapshotting, but the fact that people WILL find ways to steamroll the content).

Next time anyone cries about RNG, I'll link this video.

it seems to me you understood the message.
backwards.
Alva: I'm sweating like a hog in heat
Shadow: That was fun
I dunno. This seems really time-consuming and labor-intensive to me. Does this even really "break the rules" of the game? Atziri has always been about cheesing content. I don't get why this upsets people so much.
