Hi, Alex, thanks for updating guide i would like to ask about does dps insanely increase if i use CoE ? Now I dont use CoE cuz I dont use a spell dmg shield. And have no spell dmg from passive tree. In mana version, do you need both reduced mana and blood magic being 22, or one 21 and the other 22 would be enough?
