uber is not at all similar to any raid from any MMO, ever.

the main difference is that no MMO has ever had a raid system as poorly designed as the systems we have in place here.

i have never heard of an MMO, ever, where you were forced to purchase raid tickets from other players that they got via random distribution, or somehow get lucky and randomly acquire a raid ticket

never have i heard of such a primitive and illogical practice.

in an MMO, players are offered content. the challenge is whether or not you can complete said content, not whether or not you are permitted to access it.

Aside from the whole ticket thing, which I do agree on, Atziri/Uber Atziri is no diffrent in every other respect, which is what I was focusing on. If anything, it's more like the old 'Ubers' event in Diablo II where you had to get all the organs and what not to get into Uber Tristram. I do think the drop rates could use some tweaking and again, I agree they are a bit low.

Nice sarcasm .. still .. failed.
If you took the time to actually read what Chris said you noticed he is confirming part of the content is aimed to hardcore players only no matter how hard work you put into because you simply do not have the time ...
Learn to read and understand.Bye.Ciao.

Except that there is NOTHING about that content which makes it impossible for casual players to be able to do eventually. It may take longer to obtain the items needed for it, but it's not like Atziri is going away any time soon. Anyone with enough skill should be able to do it. If you only play an hour or so a day, it may take a few months to get to that stage, but you can do it. So yes, it IS still something you can work towards. It may be MEANT for hardcore players, but it's not completely inaccessible to anyone else.

And even if it is meant only for the hardcore players, so what? Is it so horrible to have ONE part of the game that you can't reach when, if you have so little time, the odds are you haven't had time to play all the content you DO have access to anyway?

Besides, before telling people to learn to read, you might want to read the forum guidelines, especially the parts regarding antagonizing posts and personal attacks...

Probationduration in hours = 48h + (Money Spend by victim - Money Spend by you) / 10

So you better don't insult Charan.

Funny thing is, I've mentioned his ego's size after he nailed an antagonizing phrase on me, you bet I got probated in under a minute.

Nevertheless, shitty offtopic.

I'm not a member though *gasp*
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.

So, I got probation (3 days) last time I've called Worldbreaker a casual. Curious of the outcome here.

Something tells me there's more to this story :)

I think I am gonna have the worst post.

But to all those naysayers complaining about him. I have this to say.

This dude spent a hell of a lot of money on this game.

Ive been a gamer since I was a lil boy. Ive seen games transition from quality content old mechanics to these worse addictive mechanics. ( Developers used to grab you, now you actually have to latch onto them)

Let me tell, there are games out there that deserve that much money and as much as I adore Poe it doesnt.

Its survived cause of these massive donations.

Its a free to play game and banks on its item shop to recover the costs required to make the game.
But I believe because of people like this dude. Poe has made way more then there investment in this game.

So you people leave this guy alone. He deserves honest responses , not criticism. He spent more then me or you ever will.

And while I do believe Poe initially invested a considerable amount to develop a free to play game, the expansions definately wre much cheaper. There wasnt even a new act, just bosses. I mean come on

Sry POE, I am not a programmer or developer. But I believe your game could make you even more money if you were to fix these issues this lad brought up.

Sorry for the lowball post, but truth is truth.

There isn't. I called him a casual, which certain moderator found antagonizing and put me on the probation for 3 days, yet we can see that kind of calling in almost every thread, and what's even more hilarious, he calls others casuals all the time.

But don't worry, you won't get probated or get your post edited.
