Not 7x Jeweler's because the 6-link should override the 6-socket. Also, 1x Armourer's Scrap.
If you vendor that armor, you will get exactly 1x Divine.
If the armor were just plain white but still 6-link, you would also get exactly 1x Divine.
If you are fine with getting the same reward for a white 6-linked item and a 6-linked unique item with 20% Quality and a RGB-link, that's cool. Personally, I find the situation unsatisfying.
