When should I expect to loot a 6L?

I've had five exalted drop so far, but I've only ever seen three 5L drop, and not a single 6L to be had.

I figure I'll probably link one well before I see one drop.

I found my first 6 link yesterday in a Sewers Map on Nemesis. I have played since the beginning of open Beta, so many many hours has been invested.

I doubt I will be using it as it is a Plated Maul for lvl 51. But I will treat it as a trophy :)

It's expected that most people find a 6L when hell's frozen up.

Expect to find a 6L some time shortly before the heat death of the universe.

I found a coupe 5L armors and four or five 5L weapons (none having a useful base item), but never a 6L one. One exalt, too. Pretty lucky with chaos orbs, though, so I guess it evens out.

Found one 6L in my entire time playing (aside from several tabulas)... an ilvl 69 Tiger Sword in OB before they buffed 2H weapons, it sold for a single exalt lol. Would probably be worth a lot more now.

For some perspective, my standard main has 46 days, 2 hours play time, and my Dom main has 20 days, 18 hours. A huge chunk of that time is AFK, but still. I have several chars in the 70s and 80s other than them.

Yeah, don't expect to loot a 6L... much less a useful one.

One should expect to see a 6S drop every 3000-5000 mob kills (made up number)
Then multiply that to the expected chance to 6L 1000-2000 fusings
there goes your chance 1/3,000,000 - 1/10,000,000

never expect it

Never seen one drop myself and don't ever expect it to. Any 6L's that I have were either painstakingly self-fused, or bought already 6L'd.

I've had two 6L items drops in domination. Both were EVA chests. FML
