Need some help !Im running this build and have a lot of problem with pshycal reflex maps, especially since i get Lioneye´s 5L .
At level 83 i use this survivality: CWDT LVL 1 + Immortal Call LVL 1 CWDT LVL18 + Molten Shell LVL18 + Temporals chain LVL18 Also use Life on hit gem with SA combo. With this setup im dead in maps 69+ with pshycal reflex :( Mi gear:

CWDT LVL 1 + Enduring Cry lvl 5 + whatever (temp chain or enfeeble lvl 5 are good choice)
CWDT LVL18 + Immortal Call of appropriate level + Increased duration of max level. This should help you. CWDT lvl 18 might be a bit too high however as it means taking 2800 damage. I'd rather go for a lvl 12-13. Other things that might help for frenzy: remove increased critical damage on phys reflect map (replace by pCoC for example). You'd be better with one red socket in your bow too, to use either life leech or added fire damage. Leech can help a little bit to survive to reflect. If your split arrow is also a problem (I hope not with LgoH), remove the CoC/EK setup and replace for instance by faster attack / added cold damage. Or just play LA instead (LA/LMP/Chain/LgoH/Faster attack or physical projectile damage). Ranger builds list: /917964

I have no problem sustaining LA with BM, LgoH makes it easy to do (I use BM on half regen map instead of WED). Plus Mikiengel don't even use BM.

If it comes to reflect map mods ...just play the map with Lightning arrow ;) ...for single mobs it should be no problem with CWDT and >5000 Life + decent armor
