[2.0.0] maxBo's SplitArrow/Frenzy Guide (new lvl77 Shrine Vid, HC Viable))

Hi all,

Just wanted to contribute some testing for the people who were asking about Evasion build(s).

Chanced this last night:


Current setup and passive tree:


Stats with party buffs:


I leveled 80, 81 and 82 (on 70-75 maps) all in only a few hours today. So it can be done, you just have to pay attention.

I can confirm you do take a LOT more damage on Physical Reflects. So just watch for the yellow spikes aura. Flask and single target attack on those mobs. Then you can go back to spamming.

Same with Lightning Thorns. Just watch for the little triangle at their feet and switch to Puncture. (Doesn't hurt you because the majority of it is DoT from Bleeding, Burning and/or Poison.)

Evasion still works great the rest of the time. :)

You use heavy and deadly node?

been following this guide, lvl 68 atm.. and my dmg is horrible comparing to people on this thread. buffless, frenzy: 2.2k and split: ~600, 3k+ hp, all res. capped at 75 with the new chest.

I have a new chest, wasting fusings on getting 5/6L atm..(trying to chance every imperial bow i find, lioneye too expensive)


having coc + chain on split atm helps alot. Without them, i would be doing almost 0 aoe dmg. my crit chane is ~24% and i'm getting alot of EK procs while on 6 frenzy stacks.

You went for the Aura nodes...so why you go for the hp/mana nodes in the north ? just take the mana nodes next to the 3 Aura cluster!

You have not much HP nodes....

Dude read the guide! Dont switch to CoC+EK unless you meet the requirements! You are only lvl68...Gear not perfect you also miss some important skilltree nodes at that level! Just put out CoC + EK and go with SA + Chain + Faster Attack + (Added fire ,muliplier, or physical attack) !

You have not much HP nodes....

To level 80, i take all hp nodes around.I first decided to take the most remote nodes, and now with each level up I'll take HP nodes. With survival I have no problems at the moment. I alone cleaning maps 70+ lvl.
At the moment, the only problem is a small DPS. How to achieve more DPS? My bow characteristics is not the worst, but Frenzy only 5k DPS.
How to increase DPS split arrow and Frenzy???

I look but first build page not updated?

it is updated =) there is a final skilltree version (about lvl90) where it is used!

at lvl85 in the leveling guide it isnt used yet! :)
