Microtransactions a bit too pricey?
" There are lower priced cosmetics, what's your point? You're naming the highest priced cosmetics. |

My point is no one wants to buy a 2 dollar pet thats like 2 PIXELS on your screen, there so crappy! Same with the cheap weapon effects. So what im trying to say is they should make the cooler looking stuff cheaper.

I agree, they are high. I want to support the devs and when there is a sale where I can get a premium effect circa 5$ ill buy 3-4.
Its funny cause people who are happy to play the game and dont intend to buy anything are in here giving others who want better prices a tough time. The other holier than thous who think the prices are fine are giving others a hard time cause they want something extra for their support, but I dont see any of them refusing the effects based on 'just wanting to give support' |

They arent crappy, they are very beautiful, and you dont have to have the coolest effect. The cheaper effects are also very nice, and some prefer more subtle effects anyway.
EDIT : Just out of curiosity, how much of a discount would you like ? Last edited by Shadowness_#1803 on Jan 27, 2013, 3:07:29 PM

" What about the stash bundle? You pretty much have to buy 20 bucks worth of points to get 6 tabs, which imo aren't a lot. I would have been tempted to buy some if it was at a lower price, and I don't think I'm the only one with this opinion. Also, I'm not complaining. I'm simply pointing out that GGG could make more profit with lower microtransaction prices. |

" You don't HAVE to buy anything. That's the point. You can buy stash tabs individually. It's purely a quality-of-life addition. It's why they gave you 24 characters and an infinite number of accounts to play on, incase you don't have the money and need to mule. Last edited by Elynole#2906 on Jan 27, 2013, 3:05:56 PM

" Again, there are 2,5$ pets. I seriously cannot believe that people can complain so much about prices in a free game. |

The cosmetics should be high. But they are very generous on their pricing for stash space and character slots compared to most games. Pick your battles friend :)
Edit: Just to add, most F2P games I've played (which is most all of them), charge waaaaaaay more for a great deal less storage/inventory space. $10-20 just for space for five more items, a little more or less depending on the game. Last edited by romedidm#3651 on Jan 27, 2013, 3:08:57 PM

Yeah, the micro-transactions seem a bit pricey to me. But they don't give people who buy them any advantage like they do in other F2p games, so no biggie. But if items were cheaper, I would most likely to purchase them, as they are now I won't be buying anything other than the $15 I already put in, and I am sure that I'm not the only one.

Elynole I nderstand that probably nothing is pricey for you just due to the sheer fact that you were willing to spend 1000$ on this game. I commence you highly im glad you did that this game is AWESOME! but understand that not everyone just has a 1000$ to throw out the window. Put yourself in OUR shoes 50$ for a cool pet! Now if I were rich Id be totally fine with it...but im not
