The items I'm using certainly aren't good, but they're the best stuff that I have found. I'm not too fond of having to trade for better stuff, as I have zero knowledge of what things are worth and about trading here in general. Not to mention I don't have much currency. 0 Exalts, Divine Orbs and Eternal Orbs with less than 5 of Chaos, Regret, Scouring, Fusin, Chisel, GCP and so forth.
As for the Dex, I am leveling Faster Attacks on my secondary weapons, but I wasn't aiming for the Dex stats as I was using them before I found the Faster Attacks gem - I just don't have better rings. Oh, and as you may have noticed, I'm a sucker for Increased Item Rarity. I don't feel like I'm finding better stuff though, so I'm not sure how great of an idea it is to sacrifice Life, DMG and Resists for that IIR, but I just can't help it. I'm greedy for that rarity! |

" I see that I did not make my question clear enough, which I thought it should've been obvious. But here goes, am I seeing things, do I need to be a poebuilder member to be able to properly see the build linked in a PoE forum post? I do not think that I need that to be able to properly see a linked poebuilder.com build in this thread. Show me where in this build that Thick Skin is turned on This was the build you posted on a few pages back Also these questions are not only for you but also Monty_The_3rd. What is wrong with using the official passive skill tree on the official website? Is the official passive tree at this website no longer valid? Did GGG decide not to keep the passive tree on it's official site up to date? Are both of you saying that the only legit passive skill tree that should be used to plan builds is the poebuilder.com? @Monty_The_3rd only, look it is real simple. I took the official passive skill tree at the official website and copied the build as I seen it on poebuilder.com. Then made the modifications that I would make in order to get more life and a little more dex into the build with about the same amount of points as the one posted above in the link to poebuilder.com. |

" Actually if you read above, i answeared your questiong...i kinda forgot thick. but posted an updated tree, and no you dont need to be a member to see links of poeb. site and the only reason we using it its bcs you can add your gear/ auras and a skill and test your tree.. |

" Thanks for replying! All are viable but at this point it's all about the small benefits. I think it's very worth it and I'm gonna explain it, at least my point of view on it. Difference between current and respec can be summed up in this pic. Value of a charge is debatable but overall I think it's obvious the Respec provides better stats. Only real negative is blowing 12 regret orbs on it but meh. I'm aware of the point that can be saved by dropping the 2x15% fire res but I've had it forever and my gear fits that, If I change it I'd have to search for that 30% fire res through elsewhere, not convenient, at least now. You are right about my end game plan, it's too many levels (levels which are very hard to get) and the road to IR and onwards is filled with +10 DEX points which are 100% useless to us. So I've reconsidered and a more down to earth plan is 6 more points to ~88 lvl. Question now is what's the best possible use of those 6 points from here ? Possible options to me look like 4 (or a combination of them). I've put them in a picture to make my point of comparison easier. It's a hard choice, they are all close to each other but i'm inclined towards the DPS route. I like aggressive gameplay and that route leaves open the points from the Random route in case I get higher level. What do you guys think ? I'd love to hear your thoughts! PS: MAD Paint skillz! " Thanks for the answers in this posts. Then it tells me what I thought was going on. You are using poebuilder.com to theorycraft in order to min/max the build. |

---> Disclaimer: i am not an expert! <---
@DjNanos: Latest build looks good :) I won't even bother with the lvl99 one, if you get to the point that you can spend 20-40 exalts a day in maps just for 4-5% XP more, then you can also afford the Regrets to try out all your builds in practice ;) Just know that now at lvl86 i get 2-3% out of lvl71-72 maps and 3-4% out of lvl73-74 ones... Just ask a lvl95 dude how much he gets :P At lvl91 even a lvl78 map has a 50% reduced XP penalty :/ And about crafting, i think it's far too expensive. My posts are already too long so i wont elaborate too much, lol: Just know that using an exalt orb can give you any of the 27 possible mods, and even if it's one of the 3-4 you need, there is still no guarantee it will be a top-tier mod (you can roll 50% Inc Dmg)... Maybe it would be cheaper to just Chaos it over and over until you hit a good pDPS combo. Imo crafting is only good on very low lvls (trying to get a good blue) and then only to craft a "priceless" uber-weapon. If you need a 400DPS weapon, 95% of the time it will be cheaper to just buy it for a few ex. Also you may 5L with around 100 fuses, but you can spend 1000 and still not get a 6L :O http://i.imgur.com/9rKe2Sf.jpg After said that, i wish you all the luck :) ALL OF THE ABOVE DEPEND ON LUCK (RNG) OFC! @Exiled_Wanderer: Hopefully as you play in higher-lvl areas you start finding items than you can sell are gather some currency... Use the Chaos recipe for crap Rares over lvl60 ;) And like i said before, MF won't help you much, i tried it and got out nothing :/ Yea it's nice to see all those Rares drop all the time, but they are still vendor-food 99% of the time... Ofc more rares = more chances one will be good, but overall i didn't feel like MF was worth it in my case at least. @DoomCarpace: First of all if it's one "page" you should trust, it's the official tree page. PoeBuilder is a "fan" page, so you never know if they "missed" a PoE update and their calcs are off as a result... It's just a very useful site to help you design a build, you can see the sum of the stats (like total %life nodes add to 260% life etc) so you can compare builds quickly, and with the option to load your gear it's even more useful in seeing the "end" results with gear on (HP for example). Too bad it's calcs are off (AR) or waaaayyyy off (DPS) in some of the stats and Auras don't work at all :/ I see your reason for the respec in relation with you "final planned build", ok. About "where to spend the next 6p", all your options are valid really, as you already know it's a matter of what stat you prefer to boost more. DjNanos's suggestion looks good too, even though imo you should plan your final build without any res nodes (yes, even those two 15% fire ones), and just work your way there thought better gear (when you can afford ofc, i still use crap lol). Makes you aware that you still have things to improve: "damn look at all those res nodes i use, i need to find better gear to get rid of them for more useful ones!" xD I have to say that if you plan to use both Endurance and Faith and Steel nodes, then i see no reason why not taking that path to Amplify instead in the two "worthless" EleDmg nodes you use... DjNanos was the first to take the EleDmg path, but he didn't take the two nodes mentioned above, so he actually saved 4 points in the way to Amplify in his build. In your case, i just see two useless EleDmg nodes instead of the two 8% AR ones (which are also "meh" but i don't see a better path in your case). I can only suggest considering the Reaver node too, its dmg+10% life and only 4p. Since you like MS Paint, here you go:http://i.imgur.com/B7JrFvB.jpg You could replace Elemental Adaptation for the +15% dmg in the Marauder start, but i wouldn't advice it personally... " By saying crafting i ment that i wanna get a 6L not to make it 6l :P I thought that, buying a 6L mace with 400+dps will cost me ~10ex while a high lvl 6L white will cost around 5 and then i could spent those other 5 ex on alters and try it out...it might work..it might fail...it might be some awesome stuff too..who knows...im just trying to find that damn high lvl 6l.. according to This the best ilvl for a 2h mace to craft is 77 but id be ok if i could find a 73 |

DjNanos:
Well if you plan to pay for a 6L then you removed one of the two expensive parts (six linking). Still like you said finding one will be hard, because a high-lvl + 6L is kinda rare to find as loot (not craft) and real "crafters" will want it too (and they got money to spend on bidding for it)... You can also check out all the mod tiers and required lvl at the official site (prefixes/affixes): http://www.pathofexile.com/item-data You could get close to 400DPS just with two top-tier high-roll mods of %phys dmg and +phys dmg, the Chimeric Crusher (http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/703190) has 380 without AS, but it's the next step that costs a ton: Second expensive part is trying to roll a mod using exalts/eternals ("exalting"). With the 5ex you mentioned you will have after the 6L purchase, you can have maybe one eternal and 3ex, which if nothing... For this you would need a ton of exalts, never mind the eternals. Still i haven't tried this personally and my experience comes from what i have read around and my few experienced friends in the game. If you know people that are experienced in this, i am sure they can help you and provide better suggestions than mine :) Just one last thing: If crafting was so cheap/easy, the forums would be filled with "mirror-worthy" items (and here are loooots of people with 100-200ex or more banks).
