I play 99% solo, casually, without trading. Also, with realistic expectations and goals due to my chosen playstyle.
If there were a structured league for that style, sure I'd play in it. However, I'd be fine continuing on as is and still have loads of fun. C. |

Although you might not understand it, it does influence very core of gameplay. Devs -designed- the game, drop rates, difficulty and pretty much anything about presumption PEOPLE WILL TRADE. If you don't trade this game will have very clumsy feel and it will be much more difficult. All we want is make this league more suited to self found. We don't want special treatment. We dont want game to be more easy, if fact, if anything WE WANT IT TO BE MORE DIFFICULT. Only custom tailored to SFL, because right now, it's simply not. Simple as that. I would like self found league that has partying but no trading and permanent allocation only. Even if it was solo only, I would still want it. Increase drop rates would work, or they could tweak vendor recipes / what they sold. I.E buy a chaos for 2 fusing from the vendor. 20 chaos for 1 exalt from vendor. 2 exalts for 1 eternal from the vendor.

Love when people try to quantify "fun". I vote for "baby league": Upon washing up on the shore, you engage in combat with your recently zombified companion. He doesn't deal any damage, but has the "boo!" ability (the monster makes a sudden noise, potentially spooking some players). Once you defeat this devious adversary, he is guaranteed to drop at least one of each of the following items: Kaom's heart, Shavronne's Wrappings, Dream Fragments, Alpha's Howl, Crown of Eyes, Auxium, Thunderfists, Rainbowstrides, Soul Taker, Lioneye's Glare, Voltaxic Rift, Bringer of Rain, Divination Distillate, Astramentis, Searing Touch, Taryns Shiver, Facebreakers, Wings of Entropy, Eye of Chayula, Maligaro's Virtuosity, Kaom's Primacy, Devoto's Devotion, Meginords Girdle, Voidbringer, and Ming's Heart. Every one of these items will drop with maximum linked sockets (all white). Also, every gem will drop at level 20 with 20 quality. Also, the first zombie will only level you to level 70, as we wanted to challenge the players. But you will find that the arguous task of defeating Hillock will bring you to level 100, if you so dare to challenge him! IGN: Smegmazoid
