" I use cyclone in a 4L with Curse on Hit so I can proc Elemental Equilibrium and curse mobs at the same time. This allows me to plow through mobs without having to stop to cast any utility skills (curse or ice nova, etc.). As a bonus, cyclone slows down move speed enough that you can kill many trash mobs on the first pass. |

no, life leech only enacts on an attack, RF is a degen and will not proc it.

This is the reason Poison Arrow DoT clouds cannot leech, but Fireball can. |
