" No, you don't get how games like this work. It's a game of minmaxing. People use whatever is good and discard what is not. If these cooldown skills are good, everyone will end up using them and suddenly we are cycling cooldowns. If they bad, no one will give a shit and only a few players will use them, being less effective for doing so (so they'll be annoyed and ask for a buff, if buffed, everyone will use them). See how this works? So, unless there's a way to override the cooldown like there is with coldsnap and flicker, no thank you. It doesn't sound like a good addition. It's only more bitching.
