it would be nice to have more diversity and options but with desync always a constant issue, it's probably better the way it is now. Especially since GGG more or less said they're not going to permanently fix it.


by you maybe, me and those i play with get more out of the game than you do it seems. also desync is not a issue for me, play HC/nemesis have not died from it once. not once.

And you would not need to. My suggestion is add in a support gem that will add a additional play style and layer of customization. No, you don't get how games like this work. It's a game of minmaxing. People use whatever is good and discard what is not. If these cooldown skills are good, everyone will end up using them and suddenly we are cycling cooldowns. If they bad, no one will give a shit and only a few players will use them, being less effective for doing so (so they'll be annoyed and ask for a buff, if buffed, everyone will use them). See how this works?

So, unless there's a way to override the cooldown like there is with coldsnap and flicker, no thank you. It doesn't sound like a good addition. It's only more bitching.
