I just want a solid Nemesis Shadow spectral throw build with which I can survive but also do much damage .. There are so many ways to build thats why I am kinda confused. :D

I don´t want to be insulting to the OP but I think the build in there is pretty bad.
I can recommend mine, made it to 84 so far and I´m very content.
Keep in mind though, crit ST has a some drawbacks (mainly low life regen and only one 5/6l) and is a lot gearheavier than the 2h variant.
I wouldnt recommend it if you are new to this game or this is your first character in nemesis.

Good twink gear is recommended because a major part of hp nodes are pretty late.
I just 2h spectral throwed until I got a good dagger (crit chance is a must ofc).

5l is lmp, faster atks, crit damage, added fire.
Get an amulet with life + high crit multi, max life leech on gloves or ring and you are good to go.

One option is to get charisma to be able to run 2x60% + a 40% aura (but will cost some life or dps).

4th power charge is a possibility although I wouldnt waste a slot on your main for power charge on crit.

Rats nest works pretty well with this build, as does maligaros but you have to balance your dps output.

standard 2 auras are grace + hatred, but keep the other 2 dmg auras in your offhand in case of group play and for when you can run a 3rd aura.

Hey is this build viable on Nemesis ? And if would CI or Life be better for Nemesis ?

Thank you for your answers !

I run a variation of the life build on nemesis, currently lvl 85. I have posted my build several times in the thread (think I made a wall of text including it on the previous page). My damage is getting really high though, and phys reflect in high level maps is getting scary. Apart from that, it does work, and I do enjoy it.

how much life leech do you have?
at level 75 i don't have any problems with reflect.

Ing Seryen lvl 80+ Shadow.
could someone give me an advice about dagger choices? should it be pure physical or is tri-ele also good?

I am still with mightflay at level 52 and my dps is so low, everything takes forever. 400 spectral throw and 900 double strike.

also, there do not seem to be any upgrades available until you get to level 56.

sucks
phys dmg daggers..other good opts are incr attack speed and crit strike multiplier..

this is my dagger right now(i kinda want to change it) i have 12k on double and 1.5k on spectral.
i have 5link on double cuz i find 1.5k on spectral enough to kill packs of monsters.

pm me ing@ Seryen and i'll give you a lvl req 53 dagger with phys for free...it will boost your dmg alot.

After the changes to CwDT, I see 2 alternatives:

1) Keep CwDT at lvl 1 together with low level enduring cry and some curse since you will still get some endurance charges easily, even though it will be harder to keep them fully stacked. Molten shell will pretty much be a non factor in this case.

2) Level it as high as you can and put it together with e.g. enfeeble, enduring cry and immortal call. It will pretty much only proc when you take a huge hit, but it could be the thing that saves your life against a hard hitting monster. Who knows, might also save you from death that one time you miss the phys reflect graphics too.

Exactly what I was thinking. My gems are at required level 62 and CwDT is required level 32 or something. I'm not sure if there is a break even point that would still make all gems usable but my guess is I'll go for option 1.

We were using cwdt for survivability and right now i'm thinking CwDT level 1 linked with decoy totem level 8 and enduring cry level 5.I don't think a lvl 8 decoy totem will last too long but if he makes the monsters stop attacking you for about 3 seconds,it's decent
It's the best combination i can think of.

At the moment i use CoDT on level 7 (880 Damge for activation), Enduring cry level 9, Enfeeble level 9 and Rejuvination totem level 9. I thought about changing the totem to the body-life-leech totem but i think my life is to low and i reach the 20% life-leach cap to fast. I dont use 2 course because only one course could be on an enemy at the same time (without the ring or the talent for 2 courses). I tried frenzy in CoTD but it didn't work well.
sry, can You tell me, why Cpectral Throw only 1st lvl?

I run 4% life leech right now (2% from a ring, 2% from a neck), will get up to 6% once I manage to swap around resist on some items. The reflect however has not been a problem before lvl 70+ maps for me.

With 4 power charges up and only hatred as dps aura (normally I have hatred, haste and anger on me in maps), I do 31,3k double strike and 5,5k spectral throw dps with 72.5% crit chance.

1 spectral throw activation into a reflect pack normally takes me to about sub 50% HP. It's normally OK for me to kill them as long as I have a granite flask running, but in group play with loads of spell effects all over the screen, you can and will miss the reflect aura every now and then.

I figure if I actually get a better dagger than the one I had since about lvl 60 I could probably kill myself if caught off guard.

Hey can you post your gear and build? I'm having mana problems and can't run more than one aura at a time...
My build and how I progressed are in a wall of text 2 pages back.

http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/611090

Is the gear I use now.

But then, people don't seem to be comfortable running the way I do. I guess streamers running it another way sways people in that direction.

I'm just gonna say it works for me, and if you want to see how I do it you can find the info. After that you can compare it to any build you want, and build it in a way that fits your needs.
