it's too hard to just say ONE unique is "best".
but i practically FACEROLLED all of anarchy normal with these: :D (ok, "faceroll" was a huge exaggeration. but when you can one-shot most enemies, it's awesome.) ooh! 'member when PoE was good and fun? i 'member!

Dime a dozen and gives frenzy based chars a gigantic boost, maybe not ultra mega OP but my favourite unique by far. And if we take price/power ratio into account I think it could be argued into "best" territory. |
