Maybe you should read the build and exactly exactly what it does. Nothing is only a one target attack.
Well seeing as how I don't have a multistrike gem yet and I am only level 18, please tell me how dual strike is not a one target attack?
My question was regarding efficient leveling, not necessarily the end game setup.

Try Melee Splash.

The most efficient leveling is Multistrike + Melee Splash + Dual Strike. Blood Magic if no mana leech, or Added Fire Damage if you have mana leech.
Multistrike is not very expensive, and completely worth it. Cleave is nerfed and its damage output is low comparatively.

I am currently level 67 running with Hatred + Grace + Reduced mana on my weapon. The reduced mana gem is at level 14 and each aura requires 47% mana. With both of them on I do not have enough mana to even cast dual strike. Other then getting more +mana on items is there a way to decrease the mana cost of the auras or skills?
tldr; how to use two auras and reduced mana gem?

Blood magic on main attack and a fuck ton of life leech. Slitherpinch and Wurms Molt help.

I ran with only one aura until I got Blood Magic. Your solution is to get a Blood Magic gem and use it instead of Added Fire. This allows your attack to pool from your health (which should regen so fast that you don't notice it) instead of your mana. Another solution would be to get your hands on a Soul Taker (good freakin luck).
In other news, I'm almost level 80 and STILL don't have enough cash for a Bringer of Rain. It is driving me crazy!

Yeah, I just don't get how people have so much wealth. Soul Taker and BOR just cost so freaking much. Not sure when I will get them, but the build still performs really well without them.

BoR is only 10 exalts, which i think is a manageable amount by end game.
